Lead Backend Developer for OpenAI on Azure

We are seeking a skilled Lead Backend Developer for OpenAI on Azure to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems for our AI-driven applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.

Job Type: Full-Time
Years of Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in backend development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain backend services using C# .NET and Azure Functions.
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Bicep for Azure resources.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Frontend technology is react and knowledge about this technology is required.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability on Azure.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of minimum of 6 years as a Backend Developer, preferably within the AI or cloud computing domain.
  • Strong proficiency in C# .NET frameworks (minimum 8 years of experience)
  • Strong Experience with Azure services, including Azure Functions, Azure Ai Search and Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team environment.
