The client’s department DPS, Digital People Solutions, offers a sophisticated portfolio of IT applications, providing a strong foundation for professional and efficient project management, both globally and locally, for a well-known German company listed on the DAX-40 index, which includes the 40 largest and most liquid companies on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.

For new a project, we are seeking a talented Project Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and optimize approaches for service and change management projects, create milestone plans, and identify dependencies between individual services. The project is about to create a global solution for payroll validation processes related to customer payments. It involves data from various systems, leading to complexity. Currently, manual work is time-consuming and error prone. Your responsibilities will include creating and tracking milestones, developing best practices from other applications, and stakeholder management in a demanding environment.

Years of Experience: 6+ years

• Develop and optimize approaches for service and change management for the responsible project(s).
• Create milestone plans for responsible projects.
• Identify dependencies between individual services.
• Create detailed plans for the individual applications.
• Collect and document requirements from individual stakeholders.
• Develop and reuse best practices from completed migrations for future migrations.
• Create test plans and perform manual tests.
• Adjust necessary service documents.
• Deal with the project budget and monitor costs.
• Identify and assess potential risks and develop measures to minimize them.
• Ensure that necessary resources are available on time.
• Coordinate between different teams, departments, or external partners.
• Monitor project progress to ensure it stays on schedule, within budget, and meets quality standards.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members on the project status.
• Identify and resolve issues that hinder project progress.
• Motivate and support the project team, manage conflicts, and promote positive collaboration.
• Support team members with professional and personal challenges.
• Ensure that project requirements are fully and correctly implemented.
• Coordinate tests, ensure quality, and approve the final product.
