We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience in Agile project management, coupled with hands-on expertise in SAP BTP.

Work Experience: 6+ Years

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and principles to enhance productivity and team dynamics.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and maintained.
• Remove obstacles that hinder team progress and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on team progress, providing insights to stakeholders on project status and risks.
• Utilize SAP BTP tools and functionalities to optimize project delivery and integration.
• Foster a collaborative environment across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Guide teams in identifying and implementing best practices in software development and Agile processes.
• Support the team in maintaining high levels of quality in deliverables through effective testing and validation processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
• Proven experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and related tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and SAP-related development tools.
